Zoe Grace Layout

This was another fun layout I created using a gift kit I received c couple years ago.  I have loved this kit.  It has been so much fun.  After loosing our sweet Coco, we got our cute little Zoe.  Zoe is the first dog that we have ever given a middle name to.  She is just the cutest, but clutziest little thing.  Hence her name, Zoe Grace.  Because she is so NOT graceful.  She just makes us laugh.  Silly little dog.

Interchangeable Truck Banner

I LOVE how this turned out.  I made this interchangeable truck banner.  The pumpkins can be removed and a tree, shamrock, heart, Easter eggs etc. can be put into it.  That way it can be used year round if I want.  I can even add a cake or presents for everyone's birthdays.  Super cute and fun.  I did however, remove 2 of the trucks.  I thought it looked a little congested where it was hanging so I used 3 trucks instead of the 5 I originally started with but I didn't retake the photo.  Either way, I think you get the idea.  Now I have a couple extra trucks to put on a scrapbook page.  So much fun or maybe I will make one more and make one for a friend.  Either way, I love how it turned out.  Hope you do too.  Have a great day!  I am sharing it with the challenges below:

Santa I Believe Layout 2

Here's another project life layout my way.  I'm really liking the flexibility that this new way of scrapbooking is giving me.  I have tons of Christmas photos always and so this makes a faster way to get them in pages because I am always behind on them.  LOL.  So here's another layout created Project life my way!

Lights Layout

Here's another Christmas layout from 2013.  Every year we take an evening to drive around and see the Christmas lights.  This year was so exception.  The girls even got out and wanted their picture with Mr. and Mrs. Claus!  Silly girls.  Love traditions!

Lagoon Fun Layout

Here's a fun layout I made using some of my old papers and cutting files.  I've had both for over a year and decided it was time to use them.  I also used my Peachy Keen faces on the bear riding the ride.  We had such a fun trip.  I needed to get them scrapbooked before we did any more trips!  LOL.  I used the Ticket to Ride set from Scrapping Bug Designs for the cut files.  It turned out cute.

Winter Moose Banner

Ok...so I am loving this little moose!  My friend came over today and we spent the day making these winter banners for each of us!  I think they turned out cute!  They were so fun.  All the paper used was from my stash or my scraps.  Yep...I am still using some of it up!  I may make a dent eventually!  LOL.

Spring Banner

I've had so much fun with banners! I made a Halloween one here and a Valentine's Day one here and decided to make a Spring one. One of the main reasons I love banners is that I can add a pop of decoration to my decor with itty bitty storage space. I don't really have too many decorations for a lot of the holidays because I don't want to store them for the rest of the year. So....banners are a cute fun way to personalize my home for the holiday without much storage space. I also bought a frame to make pages in for the different holidays, but so far have only done the fall one. I hope to get to those again soon. But for now, this Spring banner turned out cute and fun. These cutting files are from everywhere....lol....I couldn't even begin to tell you where some of the images came from. LOL. These are leftover cuts from other projects but together make a really cute banner! Love it!

Bee Mine Banner

Remember my cute Halloween banner that I did? It was the first one that I had done and it turned out SO adorable that I knew I wanted to make another one! So....I decided to make this cute banner for Valentine's Day. I LOVE it. The little bees are so cute and I used glossy accents on their peachy keen eyes and noses and it adds so much. I wish that you could see that kind of detail in a photo but......I also used pop dots on this and so parts of this are about 1/2 inch thick....lots of dimension. That doesn't really show up in a picture either. But....it is there. I rarely use pop dots because I scrapbook a lot and hate the thickness in my books, but for a banner, I figured why not! I love the effect they gave this project! It was so fun. If you haven't given a banner a try, I would highly recommend it! They are so fun and look so festive in any room. Give it a try, I know you'll like it!

Favorite Projects from 2011

Cooking with Cricut and Whimsical Designs is having a 2011 in review and asked us to post our favorite project of the year. Since I couldn't pick just one, I decided to pick these two. If I had to choose out of the 2, it would be the top one because this card was made specially for my Mom after we lost my Dad.....which means that along with a favorite project, it has deep meaning for me too which makes it a winner over the other one which was done just for fun. What is your favorite project of the year?  If you'd like to join their linking party go here. http://www.cookingwithcricut.com/2011/12/challenge-66-year-in-review.htm
