Christmas gift card holders.....ok....so like everyone else, I like to give a personal touch to my Christmas gifts but let's face it, it can take a LOT of time. This year since I bought a used Sillouhette SD machine, I thought it was the perfect time to make a project using Print and Cut. (Let's face it....they usually end up in the garbage anyway and since I'm trying to simplify, this is one of the areas I did it in.) I decided to use the cute little file from Treasure Box Designs. I got 6 of them on an 8.5x11 piece of paper and cut them out using my new SD. I'm pretty impressed. This is only my 3rd print and cut I've done and it cuts pretty close to the original design. Not perfect but for now I'm ok with it. I made these cute little gift card holders that open and have a place for a greeting and an slot to hold the gift card. I think they are a fun way to give a gift card. Hope my friends think so also! Overall, pretty pleased with how they turned out and a much quicker way to make them then by hand. Yeah!
