Dashing Through The Snow Layout

Aren't these little guys cute!  These moose are from Kadoodle Bug Designs Moose-alicious set (Kristi W. Designs artwork) and then I just added some hats from a Snow Bunny Set that I have that were also Kristi W. Designs.  Anyway, I think it turned out cute.  I know you can't really tell from the pictures but the pink background paper and the paper on top of the mountains are actually part of a glitter stack and have glitter in them. So it! Anything goes challenge No photo layout anything goes Anything but Christmas Anything goes Anything goes pink and brown Use black

Indian Layout

Isn't this layout sweet.  This time of year, I'm especially thankful for my family and the opportunity I have to preserve our memories!  I used patterns from Treasure Box Designs and think it turned out so adorable.  I've had these pictures of my daughter dressed as Pocahontas at school and saw this Giving Thanks set and knew it would be perfect.  Plus I just went to a Rendezvous with my son and they had Indian dancers there as well.  I'll use the "boy" parts of this set for my son's pages.  I love how they turned out and the fringe on the Indian's dress is so sweet!  The fire actually came from her Camping Fun set and the basket is actually the back part of the hair stuffed with corn!  LOL  Cute basket huh!  Anyway, my pictures look adorable on these but I wanted to get it posted before I permanently attached them.  Anyway....super cute set as usual!   What a wonderful Thankgiving set and perfect way to save my memories of those most precious to me! Thanksgiving (Old MME paper) scene it Thanksgiving Thankful (This paper is from on old My Minds Eye stack that I've had least 2 years or more!)

Turkey Card

I made these cute little turkeys out of paper from my stash (over a couple of years old) to give to my family, Grandmother's and sisters that I go Visiting Teaching too.  (In our church we are blessed to be given the opportunity each month to go visit with some sisters in our ward and to share a thought with them.  It's a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other and share our experiences.  :-)  Anyway, this month I also read an inspirational message by one of our church leaders called, "See others as they may become."  In the article, it said that every woman should be told she is beautiful, valued and worthwhile.  Then it went on to say, "We must develop the capacity to see men not as they are at the present but as they may become when they receive a testimony of the gospel of Christ."  I LOVED that message and so I made these little cards to let those that I love know how much they mean to me.  On the inside it says, "You are beautiful (or handsome), valued, and worthwhile.  I am thankful this holiday to be blessed with you ."  I want each of them to know that to me they are beautiful/handsome, valued and worthwhile and that because of each of them, I have been richly blessed.

Just Chillin' Pieces

Last week I won some adorable sets from a challenge I entered for Treasure Box Designs.  I absolutely love her files and this one has been on my wish list since it came out this last summer.  It's called "Just Chillin."  When I found out I had won, I was thrilled as now I could get this adorable set and of course I couldn't wait to play with it.  I have a bunch of pictures at the lake this summer that I'm going to use these piecings on, but I couldn't resist showing you what I've been working on anyway!  Aren't they just adorable!  Thanks Dina for another wonderful file!  :-)

God Bless America 3 Page Layout

Posted by Picasa

I won this file set from Designs on Cloud 9 and thought it was so cute.  I knew it would look cute with my 4th of July pictures.  It was such a fun set to work with.  I'm entering into a couple of challenges too.  I love it when I can complete something I need to do AND enter it into a challenge at the same time!  Fun.  :-)  One of the challenges was a favorite color and holiday theme.  I have two favorite pink and red so I decided to use this set and join this challenge because 4th of July always has red in it right?  Once again....I didn't think outside the box, but I still think these layouts turned out cute.  I've also been trying to use my Peachy Keen Face Stamps lately and this gave me a good reason to use them and join their challenge too.  Yeah.  Anyway.... since I had all of these pictures, I ended up doing a 3 page layout instead of two but....that's ok as I like to keep all the pictures together in my album so this will work.  :-)

Autumn Pumpkin Layout 2

Lasting Memories was having a Design Team lift off challenge.  I chose to "lift"  Kimberly C's layout.  Here's my take on her layout.  I'm also using the striped paper from my paper stash.  I've had this paper for a long time and cracked open the stack to get using it.  My flowers were also bought about 3 or 4 years ago.  These files came from KaDoodle Bug Designs as freebies... Autumn Bear Title and Pumpkin Hugs.  They are originally Kristi W. Designs.    Cute, cute, cute files!  Love them. DT lift challenge Something cute Use your stash

Autumn Pumpkin Layout

This layout was so fun.  I have enough photos to completely fill up the "white" space on this layout so I only did a top and bottom border.  These files were freebies from KaDoodle Bug Designs, and are Kristi W. Designs artwork....Autumn Title and Pumpkin Hugs.  I think they look adorable together.  So fun!  Love these little bears. For the shopping our stash challenge, they asked us to make a project with one of our best deals.  This striped paper was a 180 sheet paper stack from MME that I got for $5.00!  So of course I HAD to buy it.  Now in true shopping our stash logic, I did buy it several years ago!  LOL.  It's perfect for this page though...don't you think?  The bazzill card stock behind it is a "have" to buy also....  250 sheets for $45.00  Can't beat that!  LOL.  :-)  I'm lovin' that I'm finally get a few minutes here and there to scrapbook. color challenge fall colors Harvest not a card challenge leaves leaves fall best deal use a bear clean and simple layout Anything goes
