Some people dread birthdays but I'm not one of them. I've never had a personal birthday that bothered me although my husbands 30th did for some reason. LOL. Anyway, I've always been thankful for the gifts in my life and a birthday to celebrate them on. Hence, instead of over the hill or whatever, to me my 40th was a sweet birthday full of love and family.
I love the paper on this one and it's been in my stash FOREVER and it looks like "Tea and Granny's! LOL). I'm still trying to use up my old stash instead of buying new and I find that I don't use pastels really that often even though I think this paper is pretty. Anyway, I pulled it out and decided to use it on this cute layout. I've always wanted to do a layout with watermelons and bears but never had any photos to use it on. I decided that I could use the title to make the watermelons work. So...here is my sweet treat layout! :-)
