Side Step Card - Bear

Ok...so Denise made a side step card template and you know I just had to try that one also. Now I can't decide which one I like the best....the side step card, the swing card, or the tri-shutter card! They were all fun! This one is for my Grandma who will be 93 this week. Can you imagine all the wonders and changes she's seen in her life? She's an amazing woman and I love her to pieces. My husband says my bear looks sad and asked if I was sad that it was Grandma's birthday....I may have to make another bear and make him happier...LOL.

Have you noticed that I haven't gotten any scrapbooking done yet? Yikes! One of these days I'll get on that...maybe when school starts again? Anyway, this card was really simple to make, especially because I had all the cuts predone and I just added them to the card. Fun huh! Ok...so now it's your turn, jump on over to Denise's blog and grab this file. She has amazing files on her blog and is one of the first people I ever found that shared files.... As you can imagine, I have lots of her files then...grin....remember to say thank you for the free file! We appreciate you Denise! Thank you! http://dscrapbookingroom.blogspot.com/2010/07/step-cards.html

I've had a couple of people ask where I got the bear file. I believe he was a freebie from http://www.treasureboxdesigns.com/ at one time. I added a light brown piece for his muzzle to add some contrast. Treasure Box Designs has really cute files that you can purchase for a reasonable price plus she gives away a free file every Tuesday. This week is a cute little school bus so go check it out!
